During this session, Josh will take the time to understand your goals, current habits, and what you’d like to achieve. He’ll outline the next steps of your program, answer your questions, and schedule you for a free assessment. If you choose, that assessment may also include a brief workout to establish benchmarks and evaluate your starting point, ensuring your plan is tailored precisely to your needs from day one.
